Greetings and felicitations!

Today we're going to finish up our Reading Lists so that we can come in to the lab this week (Friday) and look at each other's work.  I've created a story on my site which I'll show you today, but which you won't REALLY be able to browse through until then.

Today's AIM is for you to finish entering text, adding pictures, and fixing any errors or confusing parts that Ms. Turnbull noted by marking them with red text.

Anything in your story that is red is a note from me.  It means that the word or phrase is spelled wrong, that there's a repeated word, or that it sounded awkward or wrong.  I also wrote you notes in red when I saw a mistake such as missing punctuation or a missing word.

Lesson Steps:

  1. Go to Ms. Turnbull's Room.
  2. Open a new window.
  3. Log in to the 8th Grade site.
  4. Read the red comments in your Reading List.
  5. If you know how to fix the error, go ahead and do it.
  6. If you don't know what to do, ask a reliable friend or ask me.  This may require patience from you as there is only one of me to go around and answer questions, but I think we can do it if we try.
  7. DO NOT CHANGE THE COLOR OF THE TEXT.  I NEED TO GO BACK AND CHECK IF EVERYONE MADE THEIR CORRECTIONS, AND I WILL CHANGE THE TEXT WHEN I DO THAT!!!
